Italian Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar, or white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp dijon
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tbsp oregano
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a bowl and whisk until emulsified. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
