Sangria Caprese
Ingredients
- 4 oz buffalo mozzarella, torn
- 2 cups of cherries, pits removed, torn
- 1/4 cup thai basil, or regular basil
- extra virgin spanish olive oil
- flaky salt
- lime zest, and lime wedges for serving
Instructions
Arrange the mozzarella and cherries on the plate, top with lime zest. Layer on the thai basil. Drizzle with olive oil and generously season with flaky salt. Serve with lime wedges.
