Hot honey, plum, and balsamic glazed pork with grilled radicchio and peaches

For this dish and the rest of the dishes in this week’s segment, I did not measure, I did not set a timer, so I cannot give you a recipe. But let’s just chat about them bc they’re all quite simple. For ingredients, I used the below:
- plums
- honey
- balsamic vinegar
- olive oil
- pork shoulder
- peaches
- radicchio
Instructions
Ok, so essentially for the glaze I cooked down some plums in honey and balsamic until it was nice and sticky. I painted it on the meat when it was about 2 minutes away from being done cooking so that it didn’t burn. I used thinly sliced pork shoulder that I had pounded out with my fist because I didn’t have a meat mallet. I served it with some grilled peaches and grilled radicchio simply dressed with olive oil and more of that delicious balsamic.
