Blistered Shishitos with Togarashi and Yuzu Aioli
Ingredients
- Cooking oil of your choice
- Shishito peppers
- Sea salt
- Togarashi
Instructions
Heat a pan over high heat with some neutral oil. When the pan is hot, add your shishitos. Sauté until charred, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil, then into a bowl with your seasonings of choice. In this case, I used a pinch of sea salt and some togarashi. Toss to coat and serve immediately.
